I am a Master’s level Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to diagnosing and treating individuals throughout the lifespan, with a special focus on children and young adults. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those who identify as neurodivergent, and those navigating trauma, depression, and personality disorders.

My core values center around close collaboration with you, offering holistic, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming care that addresses your tailored needs and fosters empowerment. I wholeheartedly embrace that each of us is on a unique life journey, and I approach every client with appreciation for their individual path, recognizing that personal growth unfolds at its own pace. I believe in nurturing self-awareness, resilience, and coping skills that enable you to navigate life's challenges with support and confidence. Recognizing the complexity and uniqueness of each person, my goal is not only to ensure your voice is heard but also to promote a deep understanding by those involved in your care.

I recently relocated from Texas as an exciting new chapter of my life. I am a dog mom to two mischievous Shih Tzus, and in my free time, you can find me cozied up with a book on a rainy day, enjoying the outdoors, practicing photography, or indulging my inner child by playing video games with my siblings.
