I am honored to work with individuals and families during times of greatest vulnerability to facilitate
mental wellness. Authenticity and empathy guide my therapeutic alliance. I believe each individual, even
the child, has their own unique inner wisdom and autonomy which should guide the therapeutic process.
I work with families and individuals to provide holistic care, taking into consideration the diverse
elements in the patient's life that are barriers and strengths to improving mental health. I enjoy working
with individuals from diverse backgrounds including LGBTQ and gender non-conforming clients. I
diagnose and treat patients across the lifespan from 6 to 65 years of age, with a specialized interest in
children, adolescents, and young adults.

I am a mother, a daughter but above all a deeply empathetic and compassionate human with a strong passion for social justice. My roots are in community organizing, healthcare reform, workers' rights, contract negotiations, and empowerment of LGBTQ youth. My greatest pleasures include devouring delectable foods, swimming in warm oceans, and ridiculously long rainy Pacific Northwest trail runs through Forest Park.
