PHILOSOPHY

I believe mental wellness is deeply connected to the whole person—mind, body, relationships, and environment—and that you are the expert on your own journey. While medication management may play an important role in treatment, I approach care through a holistic, collaborative, and trauma-informed lens. Together, we will explore the many factors that support emotional well-being, including nutrition, sleep, body movement, stress reduction, and meaningful connections. I'm dedicated to empowering individuals, children, and families through shared decision-making to build realistic treatment plans and support health and wellness.

BIO

Born and raised in Oregon and having lived across the country in Nebraska, Michigan, and Washington, D.C., I’m grateful to now call Oregon home once again. My clinical foundation includes emergency department nursing, adolescent residential treatment, and mental health research. Outside of my professional work, I love spending time with my husband, gardening, traveling to warm destinations, and cheering on the Portland Thorns FC. I also enjoy being outside and appreciating the beauty of the trees, ocean, and mountains of the Pacific Northwest.
