PHILOSOPHY

My clinical practice is guided by deep presence, empathic listening, and respect for autonomy in your own process of finding mental wellness. I believe in looking beyond symptom management, and taking a whole-person approach in my work. I use evidence-based psychiatric treatments that honor the full complexity of the person in front of me, including their physiology, personal history, relationships, and goals.

I diagnose and treat patients across the lifespan, with specialized clinical experience in autism spectrum, intellectual disability, OCD, and anxiety.
 

BIO

I have lived in Portland for over a decade. Prior to matriculating through the OHSU PMHNP program, I spent many years studying yoga, meditation, and holistic wellness. In my personal time, I enjoy watching sunsets from the patio, long walks and hikes with friends, and tending to my own mind and body so I can continue to show up for my client relationships with a full cup.
