PHILOSOPHY
I believe the most important work I do with any patient is to listen. I take a holistic and evidence-based approach of providing care to my patients. In addition to medication management, I believe exercise and diet play an important role in improving mental health. I will explore with you where you want to go in life, be it a physical journey, or delving into a subject you would like to learn or a talent you would like to develop. I think each person has their own dreams and wisdom, though sometimes it can take some dedicated work to allow those seeds to bloom. I diagnose and treat patients across the lifespan; specifically, 6 years of age and up. I greatly enjoy watching people grow beyond their previous limits, no matter how fast or slow that journey may be.
BIO
I am a third generation Polish American. I was raised in the Midwest and came to Oregon for clouds, rain and mountains. I enjoy writing, including stories about the many pets my husband and I have had over the years, most of whom have been rescue animals. My current menagerie includes my sweet 134lbs pound Rottweiler, Orion Nabu, who despite his size insists that he is a lap dog.
