PHILOSOPHY

It’s my belief that health care works best when it’s rooted in compassion, trust, and genuine connection. My goal is to ensure that individuals feel heard and respected, without fear of judgement. I believe that care should be collaborative and individualized, blending evidence-based treatment with deep respect for each person’s lived experience.

I also believe that kindness and humor are powerful parts of healing. When used thoughtfully, a little laughter can ease anxiety, strengthen rapport, and remind us that even in hard moments, we’re still human.

BIO

I was born and raised in Florida but have been living in the PNW since 2019. I started my nursing career in critical care (ICU/TVICU) but switched to Psychiatric nursing when I moved to Oregon. For the past 6 years, I have worked on a mixed acuity adult inpatient unit in Portland. When I am not working, I spend most of my time exploring the Oregon Coast with my husband, our 5-year-old lab, and our 2-year-old daughter.
