PHILOSOPHY

My practice is rooted in the belief that each of us has the capacity for growth and healing. I seek to partner with my clients to explore the factors impacting their well-being, with the goal of developing holistic and personal treatment plans that speak to their unique circumstances. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I consider an important part of my role to be providing and translating evidence-based treatments to my clients, so that they can make informed decisions about their care. I bring a curious, warm, empathic approach to my work. I work with clients 19-65 years old.

BIO

Originally from Boston, I spent my college years in rural Massachusetts studying the intersections of social justice and health. In my early 20s I developed a passion for growing food. I spent many years working on farms in Amherst and Martha’s Vineyard before eventually starting and running my own with friends. I relocated to Portland in 2017 after attending nursing school in Boston. When I am not working, I am often gardening, surfing on the coast, or writing and playing music.
