PHILOSOPHY
I am a dual certified Psychiatric and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with nearly 15 years of experience caring for families during some of the most vulnerable times in life. My passion is for reproductive mental health and providing mental health care for folks during their reproductive and perinatal years. I love to work with patients, particularly those with complex mental health needs, from preconception through the postpartum period and beyond. In addition to reproductive mental health, I have a special interest in providing care to LGBTQ+ young people, and offer a safe place for queer and trans clients, ensuring that each person I work with is supported in their individual journey.
In my practice, mental health care is fundamentally grounded in the unique, lived experience of each person who comes to me for care, and my approach to that care is grounded in empathy and a fierce commitment to autonomy. I hope to help patients find tools to heal the parts of themselves that need healing, and to find balance and connectedness with both their physical bodies and inner wisdom. I believe that medications are only one part of the picture; I value a holistic approach, mindfulness, and therapy. I diagnose and treat patients from 13 to 60 years of age.

BIO
I am a mother whose personal experience with perinatal mental health has deeply impacted the shape of my professional life. I love to be immersed in other cultures, to adventure in ways that test my ability to do hard things, to ride horses, and to find moments of the tiny magic of everyday life. I am from Maine but live in the PNW with my family and dog, and can often be found hiking in the rain.
