Rhea Saini, LMSW, PMHNP

PHILOSOPHY

I approach mental health care with a focus on collaboration, education, and shared decision-making, tailored to each individual’s goals and experiences.​

 

In addition to my training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have a strong foundation in psychotherapy through my background as a LMSW. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I view medication as one important tool in mental health care and believe it is most effective when thoughtfully integrated with psychotherapy and lifestyle factors, including nutrition and movement. I value a proactive approach to care, with the goal of helping individuals build skills and insight that support long-term well-being.

I have experience working with both adults and children across a range of settings, including acute mental health crisis care, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient treatment. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, psychosis, and substance use concerns.

 

BIO

I grew up in Dubai and have lived in the United States for approximately 10 years. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, discovering new restaurants, reading, and hiking with my Portuguese Water Dog.
