Zainab Fatima
Intake Coordinator

PHILOSOPHY
As the first point of contact for patients entering care, I strive to create a calm, welcoming, and supportive experience from the very beginning. I gently guide individuals through the intake process—from insurance verification and required forms to finding appointment times that work best for them—so they feel informed and at ease every step of the way.
I understand that reaching out for mental health support can feel overwhelming, and I approach every conversation with patience, empathy, and genuine care. I take the time to listen, answer questions thoughtfully, and ensure each person feels heard, respected, and supported before they meet with their provider.
My goal is to make the intake process as smooth and comforting as possible, helping individuals feel safe and confident as they begin their journey towards care.
BIO
I am a mother of three, a sister, and a loving wife, and at my core, someone who deeply values kindness, connection, and compassion. Caring for others is a central part of who I am, both in my work and in my personal life.
Outside of work, I find joy in spending meaningful time with my children and creating a warm, nurturing home. I love cooking, getting immersed in science fiction books, and unwinding with music or long, peaceful drives. I also enjoy caring for my plants, which reflects my appreciation for patience, growth, and the quiet beauty of everyday life.
